About
The Forward Futures Foundation has been in development since late 2024. Founded by Dylan Korbmacher, the organization was inspired by his personal experience of losing his father to suicide in 2018. In reflection of this experience, the foundation is committed to providing direct support to graduating high school seniors who have faced similar life challenges.
We believe in the power of recovery and the potential for every individual to overcome hardship, define their future, and strengthen their families and communities, a belief that drives our mission to support students facing challenging life circumstances.
Our Mission
The Forward Futures Foundation is dedicated to supporting students from single-parent households, particularly during the often stressful college admissions process. We believe that meaningful guidance and financial assistance can have a lasting impact on improving opportunities and outcomes for these individuals. The foundation takes pride in providing financial scholarships to high school seniors who have faced more challenging circumstances at home, helping them pursue higher education with confidence and support.
Our Vision
To create a society where neighbors help neighbors. Proverbs 19:17: “Whoever is kind to the poor lends to the LORD, and he will reward them for what they have done.” Single parenthood should not carry the burden it so often places on both the parent and their children, and our mission is to help ease that weight through meaningful support and opportunity.
